Policies

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your service. If payment is not made, your appointment will not be confirmed.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Any less notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.

Late arrivals of more than 10–15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and the deposit will be lost.

Refunds are only issued in cases of service errors or cancellations made by the provider.

Please note, if you confirm that you are happy with your lashes at your appointment when asked, no adjustments or fixes will be made afterward.

Got questions about lash application, preparation, or styling? We have answers.

Eyelash extensions can last between 4 to 6 weeks depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare. However, because natural lashes shed daily, we highly recommend booking a 2-week infill to keep your set looking full, fresh, and even.

Please arrive at our Landsborough studio with completely clean eyes. Ensure all eye makeup, mascara, and oily facial residues are thoroughly washed off. Avoid drinking caffeine right before your appointment as it can cause twitchy eyelids, and wear comfortable clothing as you will be lying down for 1.5 to 2.5 hours.

No, not when they are applied correctly! At Lash Society, we prioritize your lash health. We carefully isolate every natural lash, select extensions that match the length and weight your natural lash can safely support, and use medical-grade, low-fume adhesives.

Yes, you can! Our high-performance adhesive allows you to wash your lashes immediately. In fact, washing your lashes daily with a lash-specific cleanser (like the one in our Lash Aftercare Kit) is crucial to remove natural oils, dust, and makeup, keeping your follicles clean and extending your lash retention.

During a 2-week infill, we gently remove any lash extensions that have outgrown their natural lash base. We then fill all empty areas and new natural lash growths with fresh extensions. To qualify for a 2-week infill, you must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining.
